Services Offered:

The Museum is an interactive, non-traditional museum for children to explore their complex world through hands-on galleries of science, nature, theater, and exhibits.

 

Long-term Volunteer Opportunities:

Volunteer as Tour Guide/Docent by leading 90 minute tours (weekly or twice a month).  May be able to arrange internship in fields of education, museum management, communication, or the arts.

With advance notice, the Museum might be able to speak to museum studies program.

Services Offered:

Five art exhibitions annually, summer dinner theater, ART SMART program for 4th and 5th graders of Fullerton and surrounding areas, performing arts events, annual car show, classes in all the arts, fund raisers, special events.

 

Short-term Volunteer Opportunities:

Assist with membership drives.  Help Development Assistant.  Be a docent for ART SMART day, an usher during theater events, a theater assistant, a dining assistant for Summer Theater, a Silent Auction Assistant, or an administrative assistant for all types of work related to specific time periods.  Do work as needed related to museum management, fund raising and performing arts.

 

Long-term Volunteer Opportunities:

Same as above, depending on the calendar and work that needs to be done.  We can provide volunteer opportunities that are very challenging and very interesting, especially for students interested in careers in art, arts administration, museum studies, performing arts, management, or installer of exhibitions.

We welcome inquiries.  Call (714) 738-6595 for an appointment.  The galleries are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5:00 p.m.
