Provides transportation, sickroom equipment, rehabilitation programs, screening programs, and smoking cessation programs.  Act as a community resource for education and research.

 

Short-term Volunteer Opportunities:

Stamp brochures, stuff envelopes, other various programs that occur during special events.

 

Long-term Volunteer Opportunities:

Work on Helpline.  Volunteers answer questions regarding cancer, direct caller to many programs and services, and get caller in touch with community organizations.

Services Offered:

We raise funds for 40 non-profit health agencies through workplace campaigns.  We distribute information on where to get member agency health services, give informational presentations to educate the community on member agencies, and raise funds for our member agencies.

 

Short-term Volunteer Opportunities:

During the Fall campaign season (Sept. through Dec.), students can be trained to give presentations to donor groups.  Off season, students can assist with access work and help with public relations.

 

Long-term Volunteer Opportunities:
