Student Government
Fullerton College's Student Government is also known as the Associated Students. A.S. consists of student members, receives guidance from a full-time advisor and offers students an opportunity to make a substantial impact on their campus and district.
A.S. is responsible for planning and executing many student events. A.S. provides the student body with educational programs, entertainment and free food at events such as Club Rushes and NiteLifes. Another major responsibility of the A.S. is to represent the student body at the campus, district and state levels. A.S. Senate Meetings are held every Tuesday at 1:30pm, in the College Center, Rm 227, during the Fall and Spring semesters. All students are welcome.

Here's how you can become involved in A.S.
- A.S. President
- Chief administrative student government officer. Student liaison to campus and district.
- A.S. Vice President
- Responsible for handling all contractual arrangements and scheduling for activities for the A.S. Senate and Programming Committee.
- A.S. Treasurer
- Responsible for preparing, coordinating, administering and overseeing the A.S. budget.
- A.S. Executive Pro Tem
- A.S. Senate's liaison to A.S. Executives.
- A.S. Senator
- represents 700 FC students; elected by student body or appointed by A.S. Senate. Shall serve on one, but no more than two A.S. standing committees. (Approximately 30 positions)
- A.S. Senate Member
- May serve on one, but no more than two A.S. committees (unlimited positions).
- A.S. Commissioners
- The Commissioners of Athletics, Fine Arts, Fundraising, Public Relations, Spirit and Student Services have specialized responsibilities (1 for each position).
- A.S. Webmaster (Commissioner)
- Maintains A.S. web page.
- A.S. Student Trustee
- Represents the student body on the NOCCCD Governing Board.
- CareBank Coordinator(s)
- Oversees CareBank's emergency and/or temporary assistance for FC students.
- Inter-Club Council Officers
- The I.C.C. President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer oversee the Inter-Club Council and club program (1 for each position).
- Club Officers
- Leadership positions for a number of clubs available
each semester and yearly.
- Club Members
- Get involved in one or more of the active 30+ clubs/organizations. Clubs/organizations focus on special interests, education, culture, religion, political, social, recreation, special needs, service, honors, academics and more.
