On behalf of the Associated Students, welcome to Fullerton College! My name is Ethan Morse, President of the Associated Students (A.S.). All of us have different reasons as to why we have chosen Fullerton College (FC). Whether you are a new, continuing, returning or lifetime student, thanks for enrolling at Fullerton College.
In January 2007, I moved here from upstate New York, upon being honorably discharged from the United States Army, to study Communications in Film. The discipline and dedication to duty that I learned while serving our great country further inspired my leadership and desire to serve as your Student Body President.
This year’s biggest and most exciting news is that our new College Center (200 Building) will be opening mid-fall. It truly is amazing and is here for you. The College Center includes the Student Center, Associated Students Office, Club Room, Student Affairs, Cadena/Transfer Center, International Students Office, Office of Special Programs, multiple facilities for meetings and events and a huge dining area with a new food service provider. The College Center has something for everyone, so check it out!
I also encourage you to get involved in Student Government (A.S.), in one of the many clubs, on a Hornet Athletic Team, in a Fine Arts Performing Group, at department activities, as an FC volunteer and/or by showing your school spirit at these wonderful opportunities. Please accept my personal invitation to attend any or all of the diverse A.S. events, including Club and College Days, monthly Club Rushes, NiteLifes, Homecoming, Festival of Diversity and the Student Center Open House events where live entertainment and food will be offered.
If you have any ideas or concerns, please feel free to contact me at (714) 992-7257, e-mail me at emorse@fullcoll.edu or better yet, stop by the A.S. Office. I look forward to meeting you, serving you and building a lasting friendship.
Thanks again and welcome to Fullerton College.
Ethan Morse,
President Associated Students
